Job Description:

PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles- Resourceful and energetic personality traits- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Experience with CRM software is a plus
