The HR Administrator will work directly with the HR Coordinator and the People and Operations team. Providing support for general organisation tasks and end-to-end support to all employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the growing Sparro teamAssisting with all elements of the employee life-cycle from a HR perspective including:
Undertake and assist with recruitment administration including advertising, scheduling interviews and liaising with applicants
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Managing and maintaining employee records, HR documents, and internal databases
Answer employee queries about administrative HR concerns
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
Support the performance review process, including 360 feedback requests and scheduling
Proactively recommend improvements to administrative systems and processes
Assist the HR Coordinator with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Coordinate the roll-out of learning packages for new starters
Work closely with the Business Operations Specialists to assist with operational tasks and duties
Help to maintain the company website

Strong organisation and interpersonal skillsSkills1+ years prior experience within a similar role or transferable skill set

The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Coordinator, General Manager, and Business Partners, with regular mentoring sessions and exposure to decision-making processes.
