Ongoing role Francis Greenway Correctional Centre, Windsor location, Security Operations Group (SOG) A challenging and rewarding career Training and development opportunities to build and maintain capabilities Your role The Training Administration Officer assists the team by providing executive administrative support to Security Operations Group ( SOG ) Training unit.

Range of support services which include:

Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required Update and maintain records and databases, including SOG training systems Manage accommodation bookings Event coordination which includes on-site educational facilities and support for events of a departmental, public, or private nature to meet the business operational needs Facilitation of administration and recording management systems to support the CSNSW Field Training Officers Program and SOG specialised training courses Oversee co-ordination of SOG Training meeting organisation, distribution of minutes and agendas Monitor SOG Training generic email account and SOG Training calendar as required Review and submit maintenance requests to SOG Administration Officer Further details can be found on the Role Description .
