Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:

3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week, 2 days from an RACP office location per week, 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team. Job Description About the Role The position is located within the Training Support Unit, which works to implement support which is tailored to the individual needs of a Trainee. This involves case management of trainees referred to the Training Support Pathway with identified areas of development.

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Training Support team, with a particular focus case file set up and tracking.

This role is a fixed-term contract until October 2024.

Key responsibilities include: Set up new training support cases across Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lists and Microsoft Word Work with Case Officers(s) to draft emails to trainees and supervisors notifying them of support requirements Work with Case Officer(s) to ensure training support material has been submitted by trainees and recorded in the appropriate system Identify when training support material is outstanding and work with Case Officer(s) to determine the appropriate follow up action Schedule internal and external meetings and manage any conflict that may arise Keep supervisor professional development records up to date in the record management system Extract contact data from various systems for bulk email delivery Maintain supervisor attendance records in Events Air Desired Skills and Experience About You The successful candidate will have:
