About the role We are on the hunt for a passionate, detail-oriented, and process-driven Campaign Executive to join our team. In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for running all campaign needs for clients while providing administrative support to the wider Time Out Australia commercial team.

Key Responsibilities Undertake data entry and verification of large volumes of advertising campaign information to tight deadlines

Test and schedule digital files

Run reports and send out campaign guidelines to clients

Build relationships and support internal stakeholders and cross functional teams

Be the central point of contact (via email) for our customers throughout the campaign

Provide exceptional customer service

Troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure successful campaign delivery

Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required. Skills & Experience Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and organisation.

Meticulous when it comes to detail and great problem solving skills.

Able to work directly with all clients to achieve their KPIs and expectations.

Ensure campaign implementation follows the guidelines at all times.

Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously at all times.

Ability to respond to move fast, deal with multiple priorities at any given time
