What you will be doing day to day: Interacting with a highly motivated team in a fun and collaborative environment Attend specialist training to enhance your customer service skills Be fully supported by your Team Leader to develop and enhance your customer service skills Providing the first impression for our valued customers and establishing customer rapport Utilise your skills and knowledge to find the best possible outcome for the customer Be proud to promote the Ken Hall brand through offering our wide range of services Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
