Responsibilities will include:

2IC to the Team manager Supporting leading a team in admissions, switchboard and concierge Staff resource management and day to day support and coaching Maintain and improve administration processes and procedures Ensuring high levels of compliance What you'll need to succeed



To be successful in this role you will:



Have previous experience in leading and managing people Ideally, have experience of the healthcare sector Be able to motivate people and create a culture of fun and inclusion Strong organisation skills have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities What you'll get in return
