Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Department to co-create the National Channel & Customer strategy• Lead the execution strategy for the field force, working closely with Regional Managers to deploy and monitor implementation• Manage Regional Managers in the development, execution, and follow-up of regional business plans• Co-create annual plans with key Strategy stakeholders, translating them into clear focus areas and objectives (KPIs) for the field team and Regional Managers• Understand the national customer landscape and identify business opportunities accordingly• Have an in-depth understanding of patient groups and managing healthcare professionals (HCPs)• Work with the Commercial Excellence team to leverage external insights and data for clear recommendations on field force activations• Build relationships and strategic partnerships with national key stakeholders within healthcare• Identify and analyze opportunities, issues, and strategies at the national level• Understand national and state funding models, including PBS, NDIS, and state health budgets

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Health-related disciplines• Minimum 10 years sales experience in healthcare sales (nutrition preferred)• Commercial acumen demonstrated through numeracy and data analysis• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills• Presentation skills• Range of channel and customer experiences, ability to manage complex situations and a wide range of stakeholders
