Campus: Adelaide (HEO6) $82,879 to $89,525 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Continuing, full-time opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion. Exciting opportunity to be responsible for the operational delivery of a specified International admissions portfolio.

Working under general direction, the Team Leader, International Admissions will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation and sustainability of robust and efficient processes and procedures for the selection and admission of international students.

This role will work with the Manager International Admissions, the Coordinator, International Admissions and other Team Leader, International Admissions roles to drive business improvement, resource efficiency and technology enhancement. To be successful you will need: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of international admissions including problem-solving skills and proficiency in resolving admission assessment matters. Demonstrated knowledge of the legislative and policy frameworks underpinning compliance, quality and equity in International Admissions. Demonstrated supervision experience and ability to lead a cohesive team to achieve quality customer service and timely business outcomes. Well-developed organisational ability and initiative, including experience prioritising to meet deadlines, often with competing demands, in a complex team environment. Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written documents and training materials for a broad audience. Enjoy an outstanding career environment
