This 12-month parental-leave coverage position will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join our HR Operations team. Due to high level of HR competence held within the existing team coupled with a highly supportive environment, we can be somewhat flexible in how we align individual responsibilities. With experience in one or more of the following key areas; employee relations (ER), enterprise bargaining, remuneration & benefits, change and divestments, leadership coaching, and/or leadership of a team we see a potential opportunity for:

an eager, ready to 'step up' HR Advisor with a solid ER foundation; an experienced HR Business Partner wanting to take ownership of a client portfolio and key project; or a HR leader who's keen to immerse themselves within this diverse business. The role will sit within our high-performing team of HR Business Partners, who work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for our business and are responsible for a broad range of activities, including talent management & development, organisation change, employee mobility, performance management and coaching, stakeholder engagement, employment compliance, project involvement. This role is primarily based at our headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne (80% on-site, 20% flexible).

Qualifications Human Resources, or relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. business or psychology) well regarded.

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate:

proficiency in providing accurate and timely HR advice to leaders and employees as a hands-on HR generalist; ability to partner with and coach leaders to work through various workforce topics; capability in working across multiple business units and managers; a solid understanding of employment practices and interest in staying current HR trends; experience delivering talent management results within a HR function; high level of attention to detail; familiarisation with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (preferably with SAP and Success Factors) Additional Information We offer our employees:
