SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement process for our Solar Team in Brisbane.. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement team, developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

RESPONSABILITES Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives Manage the procurement team and provide guidance and support as needed Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements Monitor supplier performance and ensure that all goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures Manage the procurement budget and identify opportunities for cost savings Provide regular reports on procurement activities to senior management QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software If you have the qualifications and experience required for this role, please submit your application with a cover letter and resume.
