Dana Holding is looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online call center operations- Manage a team of online customer service representatives and ensure they meet performance targets- Monitor call center metrics and performance trends to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resilient personality traits- Proven ability to plan and execute strategies to improve call center performance- Experience with online customer service platforms and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
