Job Description:Computer Sciences is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in online support.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide timely and efficient resolution to customer concerns and complaints.3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical support.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements:1. Motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced online environment.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Previous experience in customer support or a related field.5. Proficiency in online customer support tools and platforms.6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and technology.
