Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions in a professional manner.3. Utilize various computer systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations.6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the call center operations.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
