Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Fiserv. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our remote web chat operations. This part-time position is based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and customer satisfaction- Lead a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and training as needed- Monitor web chat conversations to ensure quality service and compliance with company standards- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in web chat management- Reliable and independent personality traits- Strong persuasion and innovation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Proficiency in web chat software and other related tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
