We are seeking a passionate and motivated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Campbell Soup in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities:- Assist online clients with any inquiries or issues they may have via email, chat, or phone communication- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients- Assist in the development and implementation of client service initiatives to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients- Highly motivated and detail-oriented- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
