Seeka, a leading tech company based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.5. Stay current on product knowledge and updates to effectively assist customers.6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and driven individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.2. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative in resolving customer issues.3. Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.4. Effective communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.5. Experience working in a remote or virtual customer support role is preferred.6. Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems.7. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
