Web Chat Associate

The Web Chat Associate at Airgas in Adelaide, South Australia will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via online chat to enhance the overall customer experience. This part-time role requires a minimum of three years of experience in a similar customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and process orders- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, services, and special promotions through chat- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
