JB Hi-Fi is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.4. Assist customers with product recommendations and troubleshooting.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Maintain customer records and data accurately in our system.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
