This opportunity The Project Manager works with Enterprise and business stakeholders to deliver roadmaps, and solutions within agreed timeframes and budget. The Project Manager will ensure a close working relationship with the other delivery and engineering domains, the broader Technology organisation, and the relevant vendors. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for motivating a large team of people during the duration of the project and motivating themselves to stay focused on-task outset as part of the agreed TPG Enterprise roadmap. This will require analytical skills how to appropriately evaluate project metrics for informed decision making and problem-solving capabilities to deliver the desired outcome. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following: Identify the key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation required to define and deliver projects. Establish the project structure to engage all required stakeholders for all phases. Monitor the engagement of these stakeholders through the Project lifecycle and implement changes where required. Create clear and attainable project objectives. Ensure scope for projects is clear and tightly managed. Work closely with Enterprise Network Services Solution Team. Assist with risk management processes for the project to manage the risk profile. Develop and maintain contingency plans where required and agreed. Establish the communications for the project to engage all stakeholders. Assist with developing a resource profile to ensure the right people, facilities, and tools are available when required. Highlight critical resource requirements and develop plans to mitigate any associated risk. Manage components of the project financials including Purchase Orders, invoicing, and capitalisation. Provide reports showing the status of the project against agreed plans and budgets. Maintain a library of project documentation and minutes of project meetings. Providing a quality assurance role ensuring that projects are well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice. Knowledge and experience Demonstrated project management skills. Understanding/experience of fixed and mobility products to deliver Enterprise Network Services projects. Proactive, positive attitude Works effectively in the face of stress, ambiguity, difficult situations, and shifting priorities all while championing the long-term architectural view. Understands the need to shift focus and priorities as required and successfully lead others through periods of change. Accountable for the delivery of outcomes, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. 3+ years' previous experience as Technical Project Manager or similar management position. PMP certification (desirable) Demonstrated ability to balance independence with the need to keep technical leadership involved and aware. Successful collaboration with internal and external teams, vendors, and outsourcers in multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels, including technical management and executives, within an organization; for example, ability to explain complex scenarios with simplicity to aid in understanding for the specific audience. Demonstrated organization, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong technology professional background. Ability to comprehend problems and analyse needs.
