Position Summary: Software Engineer position requires knowledge and expertise in designing, building, testing, deploying and maintain software applications on traditional and cloud-based environment using CI/CD pipelines. This role needs solid and strong knowledge in Automation, Robotic Process automation, Quality Assurance, with expertise in advanced cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and CRM, Legacy and Strategic Stack applications used across the Enterprise architecture. Mandatory Skills: · Strong Knowledge on Object oriented languages - Java, Python, C# · Core Knowledge on Telecom and Retail Products such as Siebel CRM and Salesforce CRM and Splunk, OMFUL, AXIS, AUTOCAT, Promise, LISA, Kenan. · SME in Automation Frameworks using Selenium with TDD(TestNG/Junit) and BDD(Cucumber), Trecentist Tosca, Blue Prism (Robotic Process Automation), Rest and Soap Automation, Mainframes, Putty (Linux boxes). · Highly detailed oriented ability on Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo and build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Nexus OSS and extensive experience in SCM tools like GitHub, Bit Bucket and Mercurial. · Must be proficient in DB (Oracle, MySQL) and in Triggers and Procedures. · Ability work in Agile and Waterfall models with knowledge in test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and HPALM/QC. · Preferable to have Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Classic ASP. · Must be certified in Trecentist AS1, AS2, AE1 and Cloud Basics. Duties and Responsibilities: · Hands on experience in OSS and BSS architecture in telecom domain  · Hands on experience on MAXIM, SFDC (Salesforce), Orchestration (OMFUL) applications test execution experience is must. · Must be proactively working on Building and exploring new automation technologies from scratch and automation experience with TOSCA, Blue Prism and Selenium is must. · Experience on Telecom products like AXIS, FLEXCAB, RASS-P and MICA and other large and complex provisioning/Billing applications in the telecom domain is required. · Experience in building data visualization dashboards using react and Oracle Apex. · Experience in working with feature team / DevOps model - CI/CD, TDD, BDD · Experience in virtualizing services using CA LISA and DevTest · Performance testing experience in CICD using Jenkins/Bamboo · Experience in Automation Frameworks - TestNG, Junit, Pytest, Cucumber. · On hands experience in writing Test plans, Test strategy, Test closure and Test summary reports. · Hands on execution experience in testing in different environments in system testing System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Business Validation Testing (PROD), Technical Verification Testing (PROD). · Assess the impacted changes and provide estimated efforts. · Defect management process experience, participate in triage calls with internal and external stakeholders. · Participate and conduct Daily Stand-up/ Sprint/Retrospective meetings with stakeholders.
