Your Role Engage in technical research to provide taxation and business guidance to our portfolio of clients. Manage compliance responsibilities, encompassing payroll tax, land tax, fringe benefit tax, stamp duty, and ASIC requirements. Prepare financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Craft client advice and address all client inquiries. Achieve set KPIs, including productivity, billings budget, debtors, WIP, and write-offs. Flexibility to take on project assignments aligned with overall business needs. Qualifications for Success Ideally possess four or more years of experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisor role. Exhibit a solid grasp of compliance, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning. Possess a curious mindset, actively seeking optimal solutions to benefit your team and clients. Take pride in your work and embrace opportunities for training and mentorship. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
