AV&M specialises in delivering tailored management solutions and has developed an enviable reputation as a leader in the field of vineyard management.About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to effectively manage our vineyards within the Sunraysia region. Reporting to the General Manager, AV&M, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining vineyard management programs in collaboration with key stakeholders and clients. With a technical agronomic background, preferably in viticulture, you will lead and advise the operations team based in key duties include:• Maintaining clear and effective communication with AV&M clients, taking responsibility for meeting and exceeding their expectations• Implementing preventative maintenance schedules for all plant, equipment and systems• Maintaining compliant and accurate record keeping, including the implementation of a best practice record management procedure, for all vineyard management activities• Ensuring vineyard management plans and budgets are adhered to, and built in collaboration with the General Manager, AV&M• Effectively manage the vineyard operations team, ensuring resources are used efficientlyAbout You:You are a team player who is collaborative and not above getting your hands dirty. You are someone who is forward-thinking with a strong work ethic and great time management. You are operationally savvy, extremely organised and love the idea of a career outdoors.
