Accountable for developing, leading and executing training programs to drive sales capability growth across all channels and brands in Australia Responsible for developing, leading and executing sales capability development and corporate strategy for the salon professional organization which involves the front line sales employees, technical educators and internal teams. You will be accountable for in field coaching and facilitating training sessions on best practice sales techniques are applied to ensure sell in and sell out excellence across our brands. Develop sales strategies to build capability development of the Sales Teams. Build and executed capability plans to our Business Consultants to support country action plans. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build and deploy sales capability trainings around new launches & initiatives to drive growth and revenue. ABOUT YOU You must have proven experience in coaching and developing sales capability across teams ideally within the FMCG, Hair, Retail or Beauty industry. You must have previous sales experience with a proven ability to negotiate commercially. . Excellent communicator and proven stakeholder management and engagement skills Experience in sales capability training within the hair industry is highly desirable.
