You will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating an exciting atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a happy team and a customer base who have a fantastic experience and cannot wait to return to dine with us again! Successful candidates will have: Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (this does not need to be within hospitality, as industry training will be provided) An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
