Human Resource Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) Our Client: Our client is a leading Japanese electrical and electronics sales company, specializing in Living and Industrial Products, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Work closely with management and employees to improve & align HR strategy to business strategy • Acts as a change agent through process design and approaches that support change and transformation • Provides day-to-day coaching, counselling and guidance to management on a variety of actions • Execute supply and demand analysis on current and future performance management cycle and talent acquisition strategies • Handle staff grievance or disciplinary issues • End-to-end recruitment activities for the Company Other information: • Headcount: 200 employees Requirements The Requirements: • Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related field • At least 5 years' experience in Human Resource Business Partnering & Recruitment/Talent Acquisition • Good understanding of HR-related matters, including policies and employment laws • Thorough and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office application Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
