Project Manager A valued client of Design & Build is looking for a Project Manager to join an existing team on a project that is just getting started. Our client is a national Tier 1 head contractor within the commercial construction space. It is required that the successful applicant have recent and relevant tower build experience within the Queensland market. Design & Build's client has an industry leading workplace culture and delivers all projects to spec and on time. All the while, offering superior service and quality. You will find yourself emerged within a first class senior and executive leadership team. Role & Responsibilities You will be reporting and working directly with the Senior Project Manager in a fairly "flat" organisational structure. This is a project with the value in excess of $200M. Onsite, always executing project delivery strategy Ensuring all financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability Stakeholder engagement and management Program/schedule management Control of all subcontractors Identifying and reporting risk where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices Experience Recent and relevant commercial new build experience Project value in excess of $100M+ as a minimum. Strong proven track record in the Queensland construction industry Knowledge of building code; regulatory requirements, construction law and local practices, and Health and Safety standards Construction planning, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting experience Willingness to buy into and add to the company culture For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Tim Natusch on or click apply.
