Purpose of the role: To deliver best practice Consulting coupled with project delivery experience to IQ Groups diverse clientele. You will utilise industry expertise and innovative problem solving to maximise our clients operational and technological efficiencies whilst contributing to the growth and success of IQ. Some of your duties will include: · Deliver client consulting / advisory engagements on business case development, platform modernisation, integration, and implementation. · engaging with clients to understand needs and pain points, setting, and executing the strategy for appropriate technologies, establishing and managing governance, and ultimately driving capability. · Driving brand awareness across Superannuation and Financial Services Sectors such as Insurance and Banking · Working with technical staff and other colleagues to meet and exceed customer needs. What we are looking for: · Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, IT) or at least 10 years' relevant experience · SOLID principles of software development · Consulting Experience · Financial Services experience highly regarded. · Successful track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects. · System Migration experience · Program Manager experience and the ability to lead teams. · Experience in developing solutions. · Proven experience developing and implementing strategic technology plans and roadmaps. · Manage to project deliverables and timeframes. · Superior communication and presentation skills that are clear and effective, with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate.
