Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of?Bradford Insulation, PGH Bricks?and?Monier Roofing. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, construction fabrics, ventilation, solar, bricks and rooftiles. As a member of the Finance Team, you will work closely with the M&I Finance Manager - Operations to ensure the financial outcomes are in line with the CSR and M&I Financial control objectives, processes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of financial and non-financial data for the monthly results, budgets, and forecasts, across Bradford Operations sites including variance analysis. * Ensure integrity of P&L and Balance Sheet within the nominated areas of responsibility. * Capital and cost initiative tracking and reporting. * Trend analysis on material price and usage. * Maintain commercial models/templates customised to category/function of support. * Assist with the standard costing and inventory valuation process across all manufacturing sites. * Finance Business Partner with Operations team. About You: * Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance and/or Commerce. * CA / CPA qualified * Exposure to all aspects of accounting requirements in a manufacturing and commercial environment. * 3+ years' work experience in a similar role * Exposure to SAP / Power BI would be beneficial. * Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in financial tasks * Excellent data modelling skills. * Effective communicator and the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pro-actively in a close team environment. * Comfortable with travelling to our Seven Hills site 1 day per week and other intra/interstate sites as required.
