About the role We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join a rapidly growing fintech company in a full-time capacity. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, primarily via email, providing outstanding customer service support. This role offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate MUST be fluent in Japanese.Key Responsibilities- Provide timely, helpful, and professional administrative support to clients via email and Slack channels.- Educate clients on our platforms, trading products, and procedures.- Manage administration and account setup of customer accounts.- Collaborate with Finance and Account Management teams to meet client needs efficiently.- Assist in implementing new systems, technology, and processes.- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.Selection Criteria- Fluent in Japanese essential- Proven experience in customer support in a professional environment.- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.- Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds.Benefits- Career development opportunities.- Perkbox Reward & Recognition.- Permanent Opportunity- Hybrid working (1 day WFH on Wednesdays)- 65k - 72k + super (depending on experience)- Great CBD location with easy access to public transport.- Multicultural environment.- Collaborative team culture.- Regular social activities.How to apply
