About the role We are currently seeking a Grade 3 Occupational Therapist for a hospital based in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs. Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of occupational therapists across sub-acute and rehabIdentify and implement patient interventions requiredAssess home environments and prescribe home modifications and/or equipment prescriptionsManage staff selection and appraisalsEnsure professional guidelines, standards and reporting requirements are metMaintain compliance with policies, compliance and regulatory requirementsBe proactive in continuous improvement activitiesAttend and participate in case conferencesService development and evaluationCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders To be successful in the role you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an acute settingBachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)Current general AHPRA registration (essential) Australian working rights (essential) Australian drivers' licenceNational Police Clearance Benefits: Competitive remuneration on offer between $106,000 and $122,000 plus super5 weeks paid annual leaveWork within a close knit teamMelbourne's inner northern suburbs Why apply through Healthcare Australia?
