These tasks will range from supporting project scoping & presales requirements through to acting as a project manager on our largest customer projects supporting with both internal & external stakeholder queries and support.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Your role will operate cross-functionally and work with key internal stakeholders and our customers.Work with the Sales team to understand key value drivers for newly signed customers and facilitate a smooth transition into implementation.Work with our newest customers to create default configurations for their business on our software solutions.Act as the project manager for customer implementations working closely with other teams in the company, such as Customer Success Management, Data Migration, Sales and Product , to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.Create and deliver brand specific training and onboarding content both in person and virtually as required. Act as a direct point of support for all issues during the implementation of new customers.Support pre-sales efforts and activities of new prospects and customers when required.Develop and maintain relationships & communication lines with key customer stakeholders during project scoping and throughout delivery.Generate reports and provide updates to all stakeholders regarding the status of your projects, highlighting, challenges, and risks.Assist with the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of processes, methodologies, and results to serve as a guide for future implementation projects.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:5+ years experience managing projects, facilitating client conversations, leveraging technical aptitude, and collaborating cross-functionally to set up clients for successDemonstrated expert-level process and project management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency working with tools including Salesforce, JIRA and Asana is a plusOutstanding organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects & workstreams while maintaining clear and transparent communication throughoutAbility to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth and dynamic environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Purpose led company with a Values focused culture - Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset Time Off - with our open PTO policy, you pick when you want time off when it's best for you! Days of Disconnect - once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe. #oneteam Parental & Pawternity Leave - we offer leave for when your family grows by two feet or four paws! Fitness Perk - we are committed to meeting you wherever you are in your fitness journey with a quarterly reimbursementDiscounts - access to discounts with our partners, such as Dell, Microsoft & many more. Medical/Dental/Vision coverage EAP - we get you help when you need it.
