Responsibilities: A lead lawyer formerce and/or Incentive files in Australia and APAC Reviewing, drafting and negotiatingmercial agreements Mitigating legal risks Keeping the team up to date with respect to all material legal matters Adhoc duties as required including,petition law, disputes and training the business,pany secretarial work Build strong relationships with business teams. Qualifications: 2-5 years PQE experience, preferably with in house experience Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Blackhawk's business (including financial services regulation and payments) would be an asset Experience with negotiating and draftingmercial agreements, including those related to technology-related products and services Manage projects andpeting priorities, stakeholders and deadlines Willing to take responsibility and make decisions. Analyzeplex issues, propose effective solutions, and understand and apply vision and direction Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients, external clients, external counsel and the global Legal team What does success look like in this role? Independently jugglepeting priorities and keep stakeholders informed about the status of their files Identify regulatory requirements that apply to products within your scope.
