We are looking for a Principal Advisor, Knowledge Management to facilitate the rapid development and conversion of new technologies into tangible business and societal value for the Group. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be work with R&D and Innovation Leaders from across the Group on architecting and building a Group-wide approach to continually capture and deliver learnings and actionable insights to in-flight projects. Reporting to the Strategy and Portfolio Senior Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment team within the Innovation Science and Technology Group, you will: Collaborate with our Product Groups and Functions to understand where and how new insights can enhance technology developments and measure overall effectiveness Ensure leading and next-generation knowledge management toolsets are applied in a targeted way Establish and nurture a network of knowledge advocates and experts to bring insights and engineer and shape the processes and ways of working that will underpin this What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team An ability to engage and consult with multiple stakeholders A deep respect for and understanding of the power of insights and knowledge An ability to understand technical and commercial drivers in technology development An understanding of the mindset and skills that characterise each stage of technology development A focus on delivery Tenacity and an innate desire to help R&D teams outperform An understanding of the latest thinking on research and an ability to apply associated toolsets An excellent high-level and hands-on knowledge of best-practice, knowledge management principles, processes, tools, frameworks and methodologies If you are applying for the role based in Montreal, Quebec, fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
