You'll be responsible for Supporting claims teams to Identify barriers in Recovery/Return to work & assisting in implementing strategies to address these areas. Maintaining positive relationships with Case Managers and working closely with them to share knowledge & learnings surrounding best claims management practices. Chair regular case meetings to talk through identified barriers with stakeholders (including regulator) & bring all parties to agreement in the best way forward. Have continued oversight on claims going through case meetings to ensure agreed upon strategies are being adhered to. Training & developing the professional capability of the case managers through regular interactions aimed at case specific strategy awareness & development opportunities. About you Proven experience in injury management or return to work (within Personal Injury or Claims Management) Knowledge of the Victorian Workerspensation Scheme Strongmunication & presentation skills Strong service capability The ability to work autonomously. Ability to influence & negotiate to achieve recovery & return to work oues.
