The Events and Experience Manager will be instrumental in designing and delivering high-impact events across the company, catering to brokers, team members, and lending partners. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage event planning from conception to execution, ensuring each event aligns with Lendi Group's objectives and fosters workplace connection and development. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities for guest services management, playing a key role in enhancing our workplace environment and culture. Job DescriptionEvent Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of company and state-wide events. Ensure each event is engaging, aligns with company objectives, and enhances team and broker relationships. Guest Services Management: Oversee guest services and office facilities activities and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and employees across states. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand event objectives, audience needs, and preferences, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets for events and guest services, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality. Strategic Planning: Assist the Senior Manager in developing long-term event strategies that support Lendi Group's mission, values, and brand. Team Support: Support the Senior Manager of Events and Experience in leading and developing the events team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful corporate events. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing budgets and financial planning for events. Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of the mortgage brokerage or financial services industry is a plus. Additional InformationLendi Group teams exist across Australia and the Philippines.
