We are looking a Manager, Open Innovation to facilitate the rapid development and conversion of new technologies into tangible business and societal value for the Group. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be work with R&D and Innovation Leaders from across the Group to further architecting and build a Group-wide approach to step changing value delivery through external and internal open innovation channels. Reporting to the Head of the Innovation Office and working a challenging and exciting environment within the Innovation, Science and Technology Group, you will: Collaborate with the entire Rio Tinto organization, including the Group Head of People, Head of Innovation, Science and Technology, and Communications experts, as well as the Leadership team Take responsibility for shaping and driving various aspects of the Open Innovation agenda. Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver on the objectives of the Open Innovation agenda.
