Details: People and Workplace Strategy (PWS) are seeking applications for the role of Human Resources (HR) Support Officer for commencement as soon as possible. The successful applicant(s) will undertake a range of duties within one or more PWS Teams, including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Inclusion and Injury Prevention and Management.The HR Support Officer will undertake a range of activities relating to Strategic Human Resources, Employee Relations, Policy review and development specific to their speciality area. The HR Support Officer will also model, actively promote and work to embed the ACTPS Values (Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration), signature behaviours, and relevant employment frameworks, including (but not limited to) the Respect, Equity, and Diversity (RED) Framework. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. This position has moved to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
