Our client is one of Australia's largest producers of high-quality foods. They are a household name featured in Australia wide supermarkets and retailers. In this business direct to consumer role you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and aid in company growth. The role: Handling Inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service Completing administrative after call tasks such as generating quotes and setting up accounts Managing chat-based enquiries though email and website channel Using HubSpot CRM and other NDIS based software platforms Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales and dispatch teams on behalf of customers About you: Experience in phone-based customer service, admin, or a similar role. Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Compassionate, solutions focused and empathetic towards vulnerable customers. Comfortable speaking with people with disabilities or chronic conditions. Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills What's in it for you?
