There are 3 opportunities we have with two full time, permanent positions (37 hours per week) and a part time, permanent position (18.5 hours per week). Key responsibilities of the role include:- Teaching across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theory- Monitoring attendance and behaviour- Marking of exams- Progressing the learner tracker and enrichment experience- Various upskilling opportunities e.g., assessor awards and short coursesWhat you'll bringYou will have the willingness to learn, problem solve and be confident in dealing with difficult situations. Essential skills and experience include:- Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard- Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards- Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels- Working collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider collegeInterviews / Assessments are planned for: week commencing 25 March 2024A place to belongJoin a diverse, vibrant community of over 1,300 staff and feel welcome from day one.
