Executive Assistant - Group Treasury

Join our team in Sydney as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in the Financial Management Group. You will liaise with key senior stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and events and assist in determining priority of matters of attention for the team while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.What you offer Extensive experience in booking, scheduling and coordinating complex travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itinerariesExperience processing purchase orders, invoices, expense claims and reconciliations for payment, adhering to our expense policies and proceduresAbility to manage complex diaries across multiple time zonesCapability to work proactively and understand the nature of the business and priorities within the teamExperience maintaining a high level of discretion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detailStrong stakeholder management skills and excellent planning and organisation skills.
