A vibrant, growing psychology practice in the centre of Sydney's CBD is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking senior psychologist. We work with the full range of adult clinical presentations, particularly in helping working professionals navigate the emotional and professional issues they face both in their personal and working lives. Take a broader view in supporting the mental health and effectiveness of working professionals. Pave the way for the promotion of social justice, with a particular focus on workplace diversity & inclusion, social sustainability and the animal welfare sector.We are a dynamic and creative team that use integrative approaches in a highly person-centred way, built on a solid evidence base. In our work with professionals, we draw upon emotion management techniques from Clinical Psychology and blend these with practical tips from Executive Coaching. We aim to help individuals navigate the intersecting issues they face in both their professional and personal lives. Who are we looking for?This is a hybrid role with a mix of clinical work, supervision and the delivery of training for our team of clinical practitioners. Ideally, you will have: At least 7-8 years clinical experience Experience of at least 3 years in private practice setting AHPRA Psychologist registration (General/Clinical) Experience with a variety of adult clinical presentations Experience across a range of more long-term therapeutic modalities eg. schema, DBT, IFS & many more Experience delivering training and supervision AHPRA- Approved Supervisor Accreditation is preferred but open to provide this pathway with supervisor and senior clinical experience Executive coaching experience or a background in a corporate setting would be an advantage A passion for a cause eg. workplace respect & diversity, animal welfare and social sustainability is highly desirable People leadership experience would be desirable Tasks & responsibilities Full-time or Part-time role Maintain high standards of psychological services and client engagement Follow best practice guidelines for the maintenance of ethical and empirically supported assessment and treatment services Maintain professional competencies through practice and professional development Provide supervision and deliver training Benefits Fast growing Sydney CBD practice with a strong referral base Flexible hours and the option to work from home for 1-2 days a week Friendly and warm collegiate environment, with a strong focus on practitioner wellbeing Opportunities for job diversity and professional growth with multiple paths to progression within the practice Financial support for training provided Individual and peer supervision provided Training provided to expand skills into the Executive Coaching space if desired Competitive remuneration based on experience with profit sharing options
