About the Company Davidson Technology are currently supporting a State Government Department to secure an experienced Sharepoint Developer on an initial 6-month contract. About the Role As the Sharepoint Developer, you'll be involved developing and designing SharePoint Online sites accessible via intranet pages, ensuring they are structured logically and user-friendly by interpreting project and change management frameworks. Leveraging your knowledge and experience in developing services and solutions, you'll continuously strive to enhance accessibility and user experience. Collaborating with internal digital/ICT partners, you will implement appropriate security measures and support the development of other online content using tools like Tribal Habits and PowerBI. Additionally, you'll provide user manuals and coaching to facilitate internal management of SharePoint Online sites and other resources. With strong communication and consultation skills, you will adeptly understand user requirements, while your expertise in designing and developing SharePoint products ensures an optimised user experience. You'll be flexible and adaptable to effectively work with various products and tools. About You As the successful incumbent of the role, you will be a skilled Sharepoint Developer with advanced expertise in SharePoint Online development, capable of delivering high-quality, user-friendly SharePoint Online products. You will possess a deep understanding of project and change management principles, adept at interpreting content in these domains to ensure optimal layout and structure. While experience with Tribal Habits or other learning content management systems, PowerBI, and instructional design are desirable, they're not essential.
