Teams specialising in areas such as Warehousing (WMS), Carriers, Customs, E-commerce, International Logistics and Landside Logistics to name a few. At WiseTech, we build the software that powers global logistics. From emerging freight forwarders to established leaders like DHL and FedEx, our software solutions allow them to maintain truly resilient supply chains. The Responsibilities Engage deeply with customers and other product teams to gain a thorough understanding of the problem spaceCollaborate with our technical experts to design and formulate solutionsPartner with our business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and align development priorities accordinglyEnsure the end solution fulfills both customer and company needsAssist in generating relevant product documentation and responding to customer requests for product enhancements Your Knowledge and Understanding Strong logistics/ supply chain industry experience.Minimum 5 years of experience turning business requirements into technical solutions The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator comfortable with engaging stakeholders and understanding their requirements. They will have an analytical mindset and a knack for converting business needs into specific software functionalities.
