Reporting to the Executive, Cross Divisional Execution &ernance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving delivery ofernance and oversight within the risk managementmittees and forums. Working with senior stakeholders you will influence and provide risk insights utilising Technology and Enterprise Operations (T&EO) dashboards and metrics across risk management indicators, regulatory obligations and key T&EO related projects. The role and day to day will include: Understand T&EO risk challenges and present these insights Manage an effective T&EO Risk Forum - driving insights and rmendations Responsible for development and delivery ofplete, accurate and timely metrics and dashboards for cross-division T&EO activities, working closely with the Executive and their teams, to facilitate day to day risk management and enable oversight by executives and the board Work closely with senior T&EO stakeholders including Divisional Controls and Executivemittee Maintain a disciplined focus on simplification and sustainable productivity Builds capability of the team to ensure the delivery of expected client or colleague experience Manage and provide strong people leadership oues for the team. What you will bring: 10+ years of experience in a risk or Line 1 reporting role, preferably within banking and financial services Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret, visualise and present data to influence at an Executive level Build and grow a highly effectiveernance, reporting and Management Information team A track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results Experience supporting a Technology division will be highly regarded Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, strong influencing and negotiating abilities, strong emotional intelligence and be highly self-motivated Strategic Mindset - Develops a long-term strategy that leverages NAB's key differentiators in the market. Plans and Aligns - Distributes organisational resources in a way that aligns with strategic plans and priorities.
