Supervisor - Maintenance Support

The Role As a Supervisor and leader within our business, you will establish and develop a team culture that is focussed on excellence and continual improvement regarding safety, production, and key deliverables for the business. You will have exposure to the critical assets such as SAG & Ball mills, flotation circuits, Isa mills, thickeners and filtration plants..The successful candidate will be responsible for: Safely coordinating the daily activities of mechanical shift tradespersons and lubrication team Support and develop the skills and competencies of your team of tradesman Planning, organising and controlling maintenance activities to optimise the use of available resources; and Managing all aspects of key maintenance projects with internal and external resources You will have the following skillset and attributes: Experience with pumps, conveyors and milling equipment Strong trade background preferably previous supervisory experience would be an advantage Good time management skills with the ability to recognise and allocate priorities The ability to effectively interact with all areas of the operations Sound computer skills (Excel, Word)/Ellipse experience will be favourable Good verbal and written communication skills S1,S2,S3 Benefits Glencore offer the successful candidate for this position: Competitive Remuneration packaged with 13% superannuation.
