The Role As a Leasing Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Ingoing and outgoing inspections Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding inquiries Assisting with repairs and maintenance duties Leasing of available properties Ad hoc administration duties Skills and Experience To secure this outstanding Leasing Consultant role, you will need an excellent attitude and the following skills: Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License Immaculate presentation and communication skills 6-12 months experience preferred - perfect role for a Real Estate receptionist or established leasing consultant wanting to take the next step in their career!
