Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities: Perform Administrative and financial functions in support for the team. Manage the Performance Monitoring Program, ensuring Honeywell are 100% compliant with contract deliverables.Manage all aspects of QFM system and interface with Honeywell ServiceNet.Review and audit administration services to ensure full compliance to Honeywell business processes.Assist the Facility Manager with sub-contractor management. Key Experience and Qualifications: Higher School Certificate (year 12) or suitable TAFE qualifications.Certificate III or Diploma in Management or Security qualificationsPrevious experience in a site coordination roleAdministration / financial experience essentialCompetent in standard PC software - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability in the use of Web based business applications.Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
