Description and Requirements Our Outside School Hours Care service, John Purchase Public School POSHC, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 27.5 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating ours of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 09:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:50pm - 6:30pm (Stay and Play Program). You can work block shifts during the school holidays too!About the role You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus a Regional Manager who regularly visits to mentor you at your service to assist you and your team to:Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Assist to manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.About us Partnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments.
