You will also cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both our customers and the repairer network, all while upholding a high standard of customer service to represent the Youi brand. The geographic scope of this position covers Sydney, NSW Central Coast and Wollongong. About the role: Conductingprehensive assessments of homes and buildings. Supervising the overall quality of the claims process. Ensuringpliance with relevant legislation. Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud. Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently. About You Experience in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing will be a bonus Insight into the construction industry. Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building. Excellentmunication and negotiation abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicatedmitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
